CrossFit Classes

Time to throw out your same old routine. Come to a group training class and you will never look at your “work out” the same way again.  We will challenge you with a new workout every day and you will be guided every step of the way by coaches Matt and Ashley.  Stop wondering what you need to do and come learn from the experts! Our classes are a highly educational experience. We will teach you proper warm-up technique, movement patterns specific to the workout, cool down and recovery every day.

Personal Training- 1-1 or 2-1

Feel like your not ready for Group Training or just want some one on one attention personal training is what you need.  Personal program design will get you where you want to go. Increased performance for sport, military, law enforcement, fire fighters, and whatever you can think is achievable.
